Over my 5+yrs I have expanded my roles and responsibilities while still delivering on previous
roles. Application Systems Team Lead was my primary role but I also did Facilities/Site
Security and Internal Systems Support at the same time in parallel while delivering on my

Application Systems Team Lead {2010-2014}
Reporting to Director of Operational Systems, oversaw a team accountable for delivery of all
systems relating to DH Mortgage and Chequing Platforms, providing second level support in
English including day to day incident management, problem management and request management.
Responsible for conflict and escalation resolution on major issues pertaining to complex
hardware/software systems that have global and/or cross functional impact.
Resource management and identify process improvement opportunities to ensure the team is
running an efficient and cost effective operation.
Provide guidance, advice and support to all team members through regular 1/1’s, team meetings,
and career development discussions.
Create, develop, manage and keep up to date system configuration, technical reports and
documentation, processes and standards.
Function Lead in the 2yr Data Center consolidation project, ensuring that operational targets and
SLA were continuously met.

Looked after London office facility issues, from organizing issues with landlord, to working with
vendors for Datacenter related issues, and any internal site issues.
All site security issues for building and personnel, was first responder for security related issues.
