. Identify Intergovernmental Payments and Collection (IPAC) transactions
using the Army Conversion Report, Army Payroll and the Payroll
Certification and Summary (DD 592), Treasury Offset Program and
Commercial Garnishments.

disbursements, Calculate and pay the payroll taxes on a bi-weekly
basis.
. Reconcile monthly transactions of 6705 Deposit Fund account, e-payroll
transactions for Department of Energy (DOE) and Environmental
