Communication System (DTCS) is a satellite communication program that leverages the
Iridium satellite constellation to operate a newly developed push to talk radio. As an FSR I

customers’ first touch point into the system, and serve as the most direct and immediate source
of feedback for system performance, operational expectation, and overall operational value.
