EDI Application Analyst, 2007 to Present
Area of focus is the Invoice, 210 Transaction Set. Coordinate day to day support for 6.2 million EDI bills
per year averaging $1.5 billion in revenue.
Key Contributions:
Adept in Data Mining techniques which focus on business processes for both the internal and external
customer for use in visibility and problem identification. This resulted in the reduction of duplicate
invoicing methods by 45%.
Proven analysis used to eliminate or reduce rejected invoices. Create customized profiles through
invoicing screens, EDI mapping and reference number requirements. This reduced Days Sales
Outstanding (DSO) by one day which increased working capital by $148 million.
$200,000 in annual savings achieved by establishing 210 Requirements and Training for the largest

Critical analysis to determine variables causing invoicing rejects. Led cross-team groups in rating,
pricing, contract and invoicing issues. Provided action items and strategies to resolve issues,
resulting in 20% reduction in error messages.
Worked as a liaison between IT and Business Users in the invoicing group. Led Website Reporting
Retooling which drove the reduction of paper invoicing by 7%.
Crafted a SharePoint Site that guided internal personnel through invoicing options. Presented
