CEO - Alliance Continuing Care Network

. Planned, launched and directed daily operations for non-profit start-

up IPA of long-term care facilities with full accountability for P&L,

. Teamed with Board of Directors to devise all short- and long-range

business initiatives, re-organized IPA and tripled network size.

Premier Preferred Care, LLC, Edison, NJ, 1995 to 1996

. Expanded network from 12 hospitals and 1200 physicians to 39
