• Two months after transferring to IPS, also took on the responsibilities of DMTG NA, the wholly
owned subsidiary of IPS for the distribution of DMTG equipment in North America, including all

Annual Sales of After Market Services to approximately $8 million dollars from $2 million when I
took the position. Spent 45% of my time on the road to increase Sales.

with a direct report supervisor having responsibility over Information Systems department.

Manage and implement company Quality system. I was assigned the position in conjunction with
my Project Manager duties as a result of near revocation of our ISO Certification during a
surveillance audit. Following a flawless completion of the next 6 month surveillance audit,
implemented and gained certification to QS-9000/TE Supplement automotive quality standard.
Developed and implemented APQP process and procedures. Establish, coordinate and chair the
multi-disciplinary teams for FEMA’s, APQP, and problem solving.

Plant Manager 1996-1999
Managed all activities concerning plant management and company production, having been
mentored by the principal, in the successful operation of a privately held corporation. Tool and Die
Job shop environment with full CNC machining services and design and build equipment
capabilities. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the plant including Sales, Engineering,
Estimating, Management, Finance and Production.
• Directly involved with Sales activities, including contract negotiations, sales calls, and quoting.
• In just one year increased labor productivity by 25% through the development and
implementation of cross-training programs and machine optimization.
• Spearheaded the implementation of strategic partnerships and commodity management for

CNC Department Supervisor 1986-1989
Responsible for programming fifteen CNC machines, and the support and supervision of 15-20
CNC machinists, as well as scheduling production. Coordinated the service, repair, and
maintenance of equipment and procurement of all perishable tooling to budget.
Journeyman Tool and Die Maker 1982-1986
Manufactured tool and dies, gages, fixtures, and molds to close tolerance blueprints using mills,
OD/ID Grinders, Surface Grinders, and Lathes. Programmed and operated CNC Wire EDM’s.
Produced electrodes and operated conventional EDM’s. CAM programming using Mastercam
software for CNC Machining Centers, Turning Centers, and Boring Mills. Setup and maintained a
Greco DNC system for program communications.
