of part of repairs, supplies, and hardware. I issue these parts and materials to mechanics, technicians, and repairers. I
also receive, identify,store, issue turn in repaired replacement parts, assemblies, subassemblies,used on combat
vehicles, equipment or related items. I receive parts analysis reports reflecting part numbers(p/n), Program Control,
Number (PCN)nomenclature, National Stock Number (NSN), and quantity of parts required for completion of program, I
screen SPO for quantity of items, required for each PCN, inventory bins and storage locations to determine quantity in
stock or availability in the system for that PCN, Compare inventory available to determine quantity to be requisitioned to
meet production, Quantity is ordered, to maintain a 15 day level of repair parts for ongoing programs. I research items
that are not in stock to gather information to furnish Production Controller for cataloging into records for requisition for
items that are not forecasted, use required data to include NSN, part numbers (p/n) unit of issue (UI), nomenclature,
description of items, substitute NSNs and source of supply, etc, and submit to Production Controller for verification.
When specified items are not available through supply channels, I determine if available substitute can be used and
initiate supply request to obtain such substitution. I prepare request document for local fabrication, indicating,
description, dimension, sample if available, drawings, blueprints, quantity needed data required basis for requests and
to provide to Production Controller. I assist in determining cause and corrective action for rejects. I notify Production
Controller of back order status of long time delivery of items in conjuction with completition of PCN. I purge suspense
files monthly of non determined back orders ‘ Upon receipt of material from supply system I compare receipt
documents with requisition documents and actual items received, verifying the quantity, condition code PCN, NSN,
nomenclature, and identification. When parts are received I store parts in correct bin locations manually. I participate in
production and team meetings. I monitor in process production of my assigned programs. I assist with the program start
up and close out requirements. I attend all special training courses as required. I turn in documents for pick up of
material. I assure availability of repair parts in the supply system by reviewing the Parts Analysis Report (PAR) and
determine the criticality of repair parts to the production line by meeting the shop personnel and Production Controller. I
coordinate secondary supply actions with maintenace personel. requistion and depot procurement personnel. I assist
maintenance, Parts Managers, Production Controllers in making necessary adjustments to DOF and other

systems from vehicle and returning to their specialized shop for rebuild, repair, or disassemble. I perform final
inspection, making precision adjustments which are difficult to obtain. I perform operational testing of vehicle, correcting
any deficiencies. Exercise extreme caution when disassembling to avoid damaging of parts, Install fuel shut off valves,
engines, suspension, pull handle housing for fire extinguishers, shell racks, seats, radiator cross over connections,
brake and steering rods. I perform identification, classification, in process and acceptance inspection. Inspection of
these items includes the acceptance tolerance, ensure procurement pre contractual specifications are met, inspection of
inter transferred material is authorized, and classification of returned material. I perform all tasks in accordance with
Technical Manuals, Blueprints, Shop Project Orders, Scope of Work, MWO, Lub Orders, Wiring Diagrams, and other
written guidelines to include military specification. I train lower, higher grade and new employees on new techniques,
modifications and technical procedures, monitoring all safety issues and applying all lean concepts in every phrase of
training in the assembly process. I operate various types of equipment such as air tools, air wrenches, drills,
micrometers, test light, sanders, torque wrenches,cranes, hoists, lifting devices, precision measuring devices, hydraulic
jacks, presses, power and electric tools sanding, grinding, and cleaning equipment to remove paints, rust and foreign
debris. I use a variety of other tools that are needed. Ensure that storage drums and other containers housing
hazardous material or waste are properly labeled, secured, and disposed of IAW Hazmat Regulations. Wear PPE
equipment such as safety glasses, apron, safety shoes and ear plugs. I use LEAN Mfg Theories to continuously improve
procedures and practices in my daily tasks such as 6’s, pull systems with standard work and sustaining all
improvements. I diagnosed defects, followed and determined techniques to be used throughout the LEAN process on
combat vehicular assembly lines.
During overtime hours I performed the duties of Artillery Repairer in Turret Disassembly for Phillip White, Phone 235
6553. I disassembled turrets of M1A1, and M1A2, removing electrical cables, harnesses, component parts, (GPS)
Gunner Primary Sight, Gunner control handle, fire extinguisher system, (ECU) Laser Range Finder, Main Gun tube and
