Engaged to establish IT infrastructure and operational standards across the

Infrastructure and to merge those standards within an Agile development
environment. These tasks included disaster recover designs and security
assessments for both our physical and cloud based environments. Also tasked
with assessing existing tools/process and implementing any new tool sets /

across six different teams within Operations with full budgetary and P&L
responsibilities: Data Administration, Workload Automation Team, Monitoring and
Alerting Team, Production Control, External Service Desk, and the Change
Management / CMDB team. Establish standards for operational processes,
monitoring, change, incident, problem, and event management. Manage
performance, payroll, and bonus allotments. Work directly with peers across the
company and senior leadership team to establish goals and roll out initiatives
company-wide.
