Director – Infrastructure Operations

Engaged to establish IT infrastructure and operational standards across the

company. Major responsibilities include establishing ITSM standards across

Infrastructure and to merge those standards within an Agile development

environment. These tasks included disaster recover designs and security

assessments for both our physical and cloud based environments. Also tasked

with assessing existing tools/process and implementing any new tool sets /

processes (both cloud and on premise) to help the organization grow more efficient

in their IT operational readiness. This includes enterprise wide ITSM, monitoring

and alerting, and data administration tools. Established cost / benefit analysis

plans to provide an objective view prior to choosing the appropriate tools and tasks.

Tasked with designing our approach and managing the project to move data

centers from Columbia, MO to two locations in Dallas, TX. Manage 30 employees

across six different teams within Operations with full budgetary and P&L

responsibilities: Data Administration, Workload Automation Team, Monitoring and

Alerting Team, Production Control, External Service Desk, and the Change

Management / CMDB team. Establish standards for operational processes,

monitoring, change, incident, problem, and event management. Manage

performance, payroll, and bonus allotments. Work directly with peers across the

company and senior leadership team to establish goals and roll out initiatives

company-wide.

2012-2013 Merkle Inc. Little Rock, AR

Director - Operations

Establish production standards that are replicable across organizations. Ensure

multiple orgs have an understanding and buy-in into those standards. Work with

multiple organizations to ensure compliance. Build basic standards for data center

replication, retention, and redundancy. Ensure production capabilities for the

techniques. Lead 50-65 associates worldwide in support of the database solutions

for our insurance, investment services, health, automotive, hi-tech, retail, and

payments industry clients. Responsible for work and task assignments, resource

implementation, 24/7 support, and testing across these seven industries, more than

50 clients, with associates across the US, Poland, China, and the UK. Spent three

Delivery Manager – Customer Data Integration (CDI)

Responsible for production management and delivery for more than 30 of our

financial services, investment services, insurance, and health industry clients.

Managed the CDI Sales Testing team and providing consulting services for the CDI

processes and products to our prospects and clients. Managed 20-30 associates

and three teams supporting the CDI solutions for our client base. Grew Associate

Satisfaction more than 20% during this time and increased process efficiencies by

more than 30% via process automation design and implementation.

2004–2006 Acxiom Corp Conway, AR

Sales Support Team Leader

Started CDI sales support team from the ground up managing 5 people.

Standardized our CDI process flows into a plug and play model that facilitated near

time and self service access to the CDI processes for our internal consulting and

sales teams. Responsible for building custom ad-hoc solutions, requirements

gathering, solution design, customer satisfaction, customer relationship

management, change management, consulting with the clients/prospects on their

sales testing results, and cost benefit / ROI analysis.

Moved to Arkansas in 2002 as the team leader of the Fidelity Investments account

team and the Emerging Markets support team. Responsible for managing 5-8

Computer Graphics solutions into Acxiom standards and training of associates on

those standards. Moved to Amex International account leading a team where I was

implementation of three customer and prospect marketing databases (New

Zealand, Australia, and Canada).
