• As Training Instructor, revamped the training process for 12 sailors, ensuring qualification currency and
documentation. Incorporated 76 training entries into ASM which directly contributed to the work center
receiving an "On-Track" grade during the most recent Quality Assurance audit.
• Trained and qualified 12 Duct Divers, 13 Brake Riders, and 4 Final Checkers increasing overall squadron
readiness and maintenance qualifications by 24%.
• Contributed significantly to the four years of mishap free flight hours and recognition as a leader in technical
knowledge on the air field and flight deck during four Operation Enduring Freedom combat deployments and
work-up cycles, including NAS Fallon, NV Detachments.
