• Established a high degree of trust with internal and external customers by
providing timely, accurate information via Excel spreadsheet, Word document, or
other means. Provided advance notice of potential problems and identified our
plan to prevent the problem or minimize the impact to the customer.
• Brought the subsidiary into a customer-supporting position from scratch within a
few months during which time we accomplished all of the following: determine
the model that would best suit the customer, perform customer and supplier setup,
customer part number setup, learning the Epicor system while adapting it for our
business model. The primary responsibilities consisted of:
Plan the production of finished goods, schedule incoming and outgoing shipments. Be the
primary contact for customer inquiries and provide timely feedback or resolution
regarding the customer’s inquiry or concern. Setup and maintain customers and suppliers
in company system. Purchase components in support of customer orders. Manage the
inventory on behalf of the customer. Ensure that customer orders are shipped on time.

• Help the planning department become one of the most trusted and valued aspects
of our business in the eyes of our customers. One customer in particular was
plagued by serious outages but as planner, I was able to correct all issues with the
help of my team and we became one of the most favored suppliers to the customer
and our business grew each year with this customer. The primary responsibilities
consisted of:
Plan the overseas production of components primarily from China and Taiwan, schedule
incoming and outgoing shipments, and manage the inventory levels for our customers in
the US since November 2005.
