Business Description: The objective of the project is:

Optum releases Rate File updates for Medicare (CMS) and Medicaid (State) throughout the calendar

year; therefore, it is the Analysts responsibility to plan the Rate File updates accordingly. Optum supports

the Hosted WebStrat application website that utilizes the Rate Files for Medicare and Medicaid Rates.

Role: Business Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities:

I must identify the Client that is utilizing the Rates released by Optum and plan the Rate File

update accordingly.

Perform updating the client rate files by using .setup Installers.

•

Responsible for Export Process by using Rate Manager.

•

Perform testing for results. If testing fails involve in R&D process.

Responsible for raising the HPSM ticket request.

Responsible for uploading the files into the client FTP site.

And copying the rate files into the Client shared drive.
