I was employed as a Customer Service Representative II who also processed some Customer Service
Representative III requests daily. I worked on the computer daily & on the phones most of the time for
the behind the scenes of a corporate printing press. I assisted with the sale representatives,
navigators, customers, & co workers. I processed estimates, quotes, sales orders, projects, ran reports
(daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly), projects, problem solve for multiple customers. I would help create
corporate forms, labels, envelopes, banners, mailings, note pads, medical forms, tax forms, electronic
booklets, keep inventory of stocked items. Research why invoices were not paid and find solutions to
get them paid. I handled about three hundred requests per month. I also serviced on the Employee
Committee which help organize employee activities inside the office and outside the office to help co
workers get to know each other better and keep morale.

I was employed as a contingent customer service at ACT. I have input data entry for the ACT tests and
