33,500 route miles covering 28 states and two Canadian provinces. The

objective of this project was to supply cars/equipments to its Customers

for transportation. In order to meet their Customer's demand(Equipment

Request) for cars,most railroads have a comprehensive Demand/Supply

management system that ensures effective and efficient utilization of

Supply(Cars).

EDO is one such system that makes decisions of empty supply allocations

based on a global view of supply and demand and regularly reconsiders those

decisions as the situation dynamically changes. This also involves in

managing profiles of Customer who place orders, Order Management, Supply

Management, Equipment Classification and Assignment.

Responsibilities:

. Involvement in Requirement Analysis, Design, Build, Testing,Test paln

preparation and Implementation.

. Designing (Functional Specifications) and coding (Technical

Specifications) the most cost-effective and flexible Logic for

programs on order processing applications where frontend application

like JAVA,SWING.

BNSF is one of the largest freight railroad networks in North America, with

33,500 route miles covering 28 states and two Canadian provinces. The

objective of COST project is to collect daily events from cars and

intermodal and get the associated waybill information to create cycles.

Each cycle represents all the events that take place to get from Origin to

Destination. Generates the Pricing information by gathering

Drain,Locomotive,flat statistics, calculating miles and time between

events. This COST system handles all the daily, weekly, monthly Batch jobs.

Responsibilities:

. Involvement in Requirement Analysis, Design, Build, Testing,Test paln

preparation and Implementation.

. Designing Functional Specifications with the most cost-effective logic

to generate COST for the events in daily batch coming through various

front-ends.

. Developing the Technical Specifications and code which included
