. Established a new, computerized quote system on the company intranet
to allow generation and tracking of material quotes, providing Sales,
Engineering and Management personnel with instant costing information
on materials needed for customer applications. This new process
reduced the average lead time of a quote from 4-5 days to 24 hours

European manufacturers and implemented a just-in-time delivery of Raw
Materials, reducing inventory levels from $13 million to $7.3 million.
