Write several informative and entertaining columns a week with a concentration in Baltimore Ravens news as well was

as NFL topics. Active in participating with additional topics suggested by the website that need to be covered. Topics

not limited to NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, and Fantasy sports.

Klein’s Shoprite, Bel Air, MD Spring 2009 to Present

Started as a Deli worker, where I would serve consumer by slicing the product they need. Also, I made sure to ensure

the consumer that they are buying cheap but quality product. Currently, I am the Executive Chef where I manage two

assistants. I prepare meals, salads, platters and whatever the needs of the consumer are. I train deli workers to prepare

food during evening hours.

I would serve food and drinks to patrons. I had to handle money daily and make sure that proper amount was paid

back to the restaurant at the end of the day. While bartending, I would provide the service of the making drinks and

contribute to the enjoyment of the patron.

I was the assistant to the head chef. I was in charge of the sauté and grilling aspect of the kitchen.
