. Spearheaded the very profitable sale of ALTA Systems, Inc. to ManTech

International, Inc. I served as the President, COO, and Principal

(2010-2013). Instrumental in growing the company, particularly in

Healthcare, e.g., CMS (ESD I), and positioning company as part of its

exit strategy for sale. Drove all strategic initiatives, including

operations, sales, capture management, business development, proposal

development, price-to-win strategy, customer relationships and

support, and program and financial management leadership and

oversight. Sponsor of successful assessment of CMMI L3. Oversaw all

company Program Operations.

. Spearheaded 600% revenue growth during my 3 year tenure for Dynamic

Systems Technology, Inc. I served as Chief Operating Officer (COO)

(2007- 2010). Instrumental in driving the capture, business

development, proposal development, and award of two Prime $40M+ single

award DoD (Army and Navy) contracts within the same fiscal year. Under

my leadership the company received the following awards: Inc. 500 Fast

Growing Private Companies Awardee, Virginia Chamber of Commerce

. Reversed a profit decline and built revenues for Quality Software

Services, Inc. I served as President, COO, and Principal (2002-2007).

I reversed a profit decline through strategic planning and innovative

sales and marketing. Bottom line: company grew from $3.2M in revenue

in 2002 to over 125 employees with over $20M booked annual revenue for

2005 and a 2007 run rate of about $28M. Net margins increased almost

300% with strong cash flow reserves, a robust backlog, and newly

established successful Healthcare and DoD/DHS Practice Areas to

include successful assessment of CMMI L2/L3.

. As COO/ Sr. Executive Director of Information Technology for TranTech,

Inc. (2001-2002) I was an integral catalyst in increasing the revenue

growth of the company from $18M to $35M, predominantly through DISA

Encore and in driving the company's strategic sales and operational

initiatives to include overseeing and driving all capture, business

development, IT, and customer support initiatives.
