Management and Fulfillment solutions, as well as Siebel CRM capabilities –

Responsible for a major release of Sterling Order Management from inception to

implementation.

• Lead manager in resourcing staff offshore to support several releases of Sterling

Order Management (multiple large releases, along with efforts for defect

remediation). This was very instrumental in improving throughput by 80% by co-

Time Management Systems Manager

• Responsible for the implementation and instillation of all hardware and software

related to time management system (Kronos.) Conducted all testing for

functionality to ensure defect free implementations.

• Responsible for all time keeping activity for the company, utilizing Kronos.

Responsibilities ranged from installation and implementation to end user

acceptance and usage.

Process Improvement and Business Development:

-Brought significant improvements by working with teams to incorporate a mixture of

waterfall and agile methodologies to deliver high quality implementations in a timely

• Hard Surface Planning – designed and implemented this system, which helped

reduce inventory levels by $10 million for and facilitating the growth of their hard

surfaces business from $70 million to $700 million+ within a three-year period.

Worked with a very demanding user group and delivered by implementing a

system that met the needs of the business.

• Samples Manufacturing – Extensive understanding of the samples business from

the planning generation of suggestions, creation of production orders (for internal

and/or external vendors), shop floor execution, soft and hard assignment of

inventory to work orders, and reporting of production. I’ve performed extensive

enhancements to the system and implementations of other businesses like Lees

and Dublin (commercial samples). We produced more samples, quicker than our

competitors, employing less people, even to a point where our competitors

recognized our accomplishments.

• Leadership and people development – Drove employee development on each

team I worked on within in Mohawk Home, Samples, and Hard Surface Planning.
