• Responsible for the implementation and instillation of all hardware and software
related to time management system (Kronos.) Conducted all testing for

the planning generation of suggestions, creation of production orders (for internal
and/or external vendors), shop floor execution, soft and hard assignment of
inventory to work orders, and reporting of production. I’ve performed extensive
enhancements to the system and implementations of other businesses like Lees
and Dublin (commercial samples). We produced more samples, quicker than our
competitors, employing less people, even to a point where our competitors
recognized our accomplishments.
