Objective
As a 15 Year President's Club qualifier, I am seeking to use
my 21 years of strategic ADP experience as a sales leader to
help an aspiring organization take their mission to the next
level of profitability. My leadership experience and
results with start up business divisions with "turn around"
situations in various business units within ADP have always
been consistent with ADP's corporate objective of achieving
double digit growth in both profitability and sales growth.
Major Accomplishments
Through my 21 years at ADP, I have been able to balance my
life both personally and professionally while consistently
achieving superior results. I am proud of all my teams'

retention scores. I have made a personal commitment to be
healthy both physically and mentally as my physical training

Responsible for managing 12 quota carriers
throughout the Northeast, four sales
Consultants, 30 indirect implementation
and service representatives. Grew the
Midmarket by 42% while attaining 3
Chairman's Circles and 3 Presidents Club
2003 -2009 ADP, Waltham, MA
Director of Sales, Major Accounts
Responsibilities include managing 8 direct sales associates,
2 system sales consultants. Developing and recruiting
channel sales associates as well as managing 2 major
strategic broker alliances that consistently net an excess
of 2 million dollars of revenue annually. Grew the mid
market client base from 968 clients to over 2100 clients
throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire with 93% client
retention.
Achievements include 97% associate retention with 89% of
sales associates achieving Presidents Club and Board of
Directors with a personal achievement of 7 consecutive
Presidents Clubs.
2002 - 2003 ADP National Accounts, Waltham, MA
Strategic Channel Manager
Duties included selling, FSA, COBRA and benefit
administration solutions to companies with 1000-8000
employees. Span of control was New England and Western New
York. As a channel sales associate, my major responsibility
was to partner with the senior account owners and help them
gain access through our benefit administration channel
sales.
1999 - 2002 ADP Total Source/PEO, Waltham, MA
Sales Associate
First Massachusetts Sales Associate for the newly acquired
PEO division of ADP. Responsibilities included selling and
implementing ADP's PEO offering to companies with 10-250
employees. Other responsibilities included networking with
ADP major accounts and ADP small business services to
achieve a solid referral base to both prospects and clients.
Developed a strategic network with American Express and Mass
Mutual Financial Services. Achieved 1 Presidents Club and
two years of over-plan performance.
1995 - 1999 ADP, Waltham, MA
Director of Sales
Managed a team of 68 sales associates 6 sales managers and a
product development team. The geographical span of control
was 6 satellite offices between Rhode Island, Massachusetts
and New Hampshire.
Duties included maintaining strategic alliances with benefit
brokers, 401k advisors, insurance brokers, CPA firms, and
corporate banking lenders.
P&L responsibility for sales expense, marketing, recruiting,
and strategic alliance entertainment budgets.
Achieved 3 Presidents Clubs as well as a Board of Director
achievement in FY 98.
1991 - 1995 ADP, East Providence, RI
Sales Manager
Managed a team of 12 sales associates and two implementation
specialists.
Responsibilities included developing and retaining
associates while constantly recruiting new talent to ensure
full territory coverage. Associate retention was 81% over
the four year period with 73% of associates attaining
Presidents Club.
Involved with special corporate marketing initiatives
projects and maintaining a well profiled sales data base to
ensure the success of new sales associates.
1988 - 1991 ADP, East Providence, RI
Sales Associate, District Manager
Sold ADP Payroll, Tax and Human Resource services to
companies with 25 employees to 500 employees. Gaining
access initiatives were done via foot and phone canvassing
as well as networking with CPA's, corporate bankers and
benefit brokers.
Achieved Presidents Club all years and Board of Directors in
FY91.
Activities
Member of the United States Power Squadron
Member of the Armenian Students Association 1977 which
sponsors scholarships for all students of Armenian heritage
Member of The Brewers B Dock community to ensure the safety
of boaters and their property while coordinating various
events to enhance the family boating and fishing experience.
Performing musician and recording artist in the World Music
Genre. Performances with Gary Burton, Tavares, Stan Getz,
Dizzy Gillespie, Sophia Bilides, George Abdo and Manuel.
