I was primarily responsible for the full operation of the retirement
center located at 207 W. Hail St. in Bushnell Illinois.
It was my primary responsibility to support twelve individuals with
developmental disabilities maintain the highest level of independence
through development of a weekly curricula to teach independent living
skills, social recreational skills and cognitive skills. It was my
responsibility to assure my team operated with in the parameters of
Mosaic maintaining all regulatory standards with Department of Human
Services and Developmental Disabilities as well as accreditation
standards with The Council. Assuring client and family satisfaction
through service delivery and to operate with in appropriate budgetary
constraints. I was the lead in supervising/oversight,
development/training for three staff. Daily duties include client
objectives, client health/safety, appropriate record keeping, filing,
supervision of staff, On call responsibility, regular department
meetings and attendance at numerous other professional meetings. My
department maintained a deficiency free licensing for the tenure of my
employment and also maintained accreditation status.
