staff for proper customer satisfaction was available. Microsoft Excel, Access, Word and

Email used to send out daily reports. Technical support agent troubleshooting customer

PC’s on phone and setup of further technician support as needed to regain Internet services

to Customers.

PC TECHNICIAN -- Installation of software and hardware to troubleshoot, repair or,

rebuild personal computers for clients using Microsoft and Macintosh product services.

ASSEMBLER A -- Tied and secured wire bundles within airplane assemblies. Trained and

Certified as required in most assembly processes in aircraft job relations.
