that Produces High Speed Trains. In this moment I am busy with Customer Inspection, Non-

Conformities Products, investigations and Solution identifications. We share our opinions with

Engineering and we work with Suppliers, spending time as in office as in the building where the

Train is, in order to see the Product in its totality, keeping attention to its structure, to its

Technical and Functional aspects. My activity consists also in opening NCRs (Non conformity

Reports), using SAP, when we identify non conformities, and keeping attention to all Conformity

Documentation for each Train Part, useful to re-build the “Train History”.

due to a series of contributions (due to a thermic effect, centrifugal forces, teeth

contact intrinsic and not. Later it has been made a sensitivity analysis to evaluate

the behavior of the same, failing some contribution, to see how to continue to

optimize performances without penalizing them.
