the ladle for chips, cracks, and partial burn age.
Varying nozzle setting fixture is clean or not damage. Inspecting
well nozzles for any damage or prior to usage. Being able to insert
well nozzles into well block for proper fit and that the arms of
the mounting fixture touch mounting late equally.
Being able to remove well nozzles while making sure the heat
setting mortar is mixed well and of the correct consistency. Being
able to loosen and extract the well nozzle setter carefully so the
nozzle does not move, and clean mortar from mounting plate.
Being able to inspect plates for visible damage while looking for
debris on mechanism and mounting plate. Verify that the plate clamp
screws are free to rotate and in good working order. Tighten plate
clamp screw to just remove the mechanical clearance between the
lower plate carriage and clamp.
Being able to the closer device until the latches can swing into
the main frame. Verifying the safety latches are into closed
positions. Being able to see if latches are seated and tight while
verifying the gasket material has squeezed into bore.
Making sure bore is free of debris while seeing if steel skull has
all been removed. Being able to make sure sand is heated for better
free opening.

read how much water is being feed throughout the two boilers
suctions valves without over flooding the equal levels. Verifying
valves and gauges to correct pressure points in order to maintain
the effectiveness of the boiler durability while running during the
