Office Team 4/2014 5/2014 – Front desk at the DeVry University Student Center where I greeted students, coworkers as they

entered the center, completed transcripts, directed phone calls, distributed mail, created id badges as well as many other

administrative duties as assigned.

Opti Staffing 2/2014 – 4/ 2014 I have worked short term administrative assignments through Opti Staffing. My

responsibilities include: reconciling statements, accounts payable, accounts receivable, answering phones, transferring calls,

mail distribution, greeting visitors and co workers, email, filing, copying, submitting reports. I also worked as a logistics

coordinator scheduling and dispatching loads.

Hope Network Pivot Program Administrative Assistant 10/2012 – 10/2013 In October 2012, I created the role of program

administrative assistant at Hope Network Pivot Crisis, Community Case Management and the Hub. In this role I would

greet visitors/coworkers as they entered the building. Direct guests to the appropriate area and made sure those who needed

to be were signed in. I was also responsible for the completion of payroll for over 30 employees, published the staff schedule,

called for coverage from on call staff as needed, maintain training records, set up and tear down for meetings as well as many

other administrative duties. I set a standard for this position and I was good at it.

Administrative Assistant, Hungerford Nichols, PC M y duties were answering the phone, taking and delivering

messages, data-entry, processing 1040 information, scheduling appointments, scanning, filing and

m aintaining the appearance of the office, completed payroll for various clients and reconciled bank statements as

well as various other clerical and administrative duties.
