Quality Control Inspector

As a Quality Control Inspector, I ensured that quality automotive products

for (Hyundai) and (Kia) which are manufactured by MOBIS met certain quality

standards prior to testing the product(s) for its intended use. Made sure

products performed up to the manufacturer's specifications. I visually

inspect and manually tested products, before, during or after the

manufacturing process. I worked closely with managers and others within a

team setting ensuring that the job was completed in a timely manner.

I had the authority to accept or reject products as necessary, if they do

not meet company standards. I maintain records (data sheets) of problems

located by team members and may send defective products back for repair. I

communicate effectively with my supervisor(s) and peer(s) when situations

occur, by performing the necessary research required of their findings and

prepare suggestions for improvements. I'm naturally inclined to look and

pay close attention to details, with a natural talent for calculating

figures and amounts, such as proportions, volume and percentages.

As a Quality Control Inspector, occasionally, I was asked by Supervisor's

to perform duties in other areas within the plant such as: Assisting with

molding, paint-line and the general assembly lines. I've had the

opportunity to train new-employees on how to inspect quality automotive

products. I have the ability to stand for long periods of time (8-16

hours) daily and sometimes on weekends, where I'm required to wear steel-

toe shoes and personal protective equipment (PPE). I am able and willing

to work all shifts and overtime when required.

Quality Control Inspector

Currently, I Analyze and review data for defect parts by creating reports

and account documents. I'm naturally inclined to look closely to details.

Write and maintain up to date descriptions of quality products by

calculating figures and amounts. I've been asked by supervisor(s) to

assist with training new-employees on how to inspect quality automobile

products. Because of my team leading ability, I am able to use team worker

skills with present and future employers, by communicating ideas about

quality performance and continuous improvement to ensure that our team

provides quality standards at all times.

If product does not meet specifications, I remove products that fail to

meet specifications. I ensure that products are acceptable or rejected

prior to becoming a finished item. I visually inspect and manually tested
