Accomplishments: (Consultant beginning September 2011 and received full

time employment in November 2011.)

. Successfully managed the HR team initiative of hiring employees

throughout the company during pre IPO stage. Hired HR Coordinators and

Generalists to grow the Company from 90 to 400 employees globally in

one year and over 1,000 in two years. Built relationships and

partnered with Legal attorneys, Global Payroll Manager and Finance

Controller on Company's global expansion initiative which resulted in

hiring employees and consultants in over 15 new countries throughout
