WORK EXPERIENCE
Logistics Specialist
Syncreon - Fremont, CA - January 2013 to April 2013
Responsibilities
Receive customer (Samsung) requests for materials to build Cell Towers. Release orders based on material
availability. Arrange transportation with trucking companies as well as coordination of any required equipment,
i.e. Cranes, 4x4, or Track-O for example which are needed on site. Work directly with general contractors for
final mile delivery and POD. Update AMS system to reflect any changes such as dates, material transfers, or
returns. Track all orders for on-time delivery. Communicate with general contractors, management, and
shipping and receiving twice a week to confirm if there are any issues prior to delivery on-site.
Accomplishments
When I first started this job, there were three different departments dealing with the customers. I
recommended that there be a sole source person from top to bottom handling customer orders. By having one
person create orders, schedule transportation and manpower and then following the orders for the final mile,
you create a more personal relationship for the customer. There is only one person to deal with from the
beginning to the end. The customer is happier and the work flow is flawless.
Inventory Analyst
Robert Half International - San Jose, CA - April 2012 to October 2012
Responsibilities
Created and maintained the Item Master list from notebooks and folders into a logical context to upload into
the new SAP system. Translated and converted all Engineering Bills of Materials from spreadsheets into a
"SAP" ready technical format for conversion.
Accomplishments
The impact I had on this project was that I was able to read and correlate engineering notes and hand written
parts list into a logical SAP language and have that information uploaded into a new system, "SAP". Both
BOM's and Item Master Lists uploaded successfully.
