Administrative/Staffing Coordinator

As the Administrative/Staffing Coordinator, I was responsible for many tasks including
greeting applicant, reviewing applications, employment verifications, conducting
interviews, performing background checks, administering and reviewing drug screens, entry
of new employee information, terminations, conducting exit interviews, upkeep of employee
files, review and completion of I-9's, weekly follow up calls to new employees, new hire
orientation, along with many other HR functions.

As the Business Office Manager, I handled a very wide variety of responsibilities. I am
responsible for processing bi-monthly payroll for approximately 30 employees, accounts

deposits, human resources including providing general benefit information, processing new
hires, supervision of receptionist associates, sales/marketing, clerical duties, staff

As the Administrative Assistant for Servpro, I performed a very wide range of tasks. These

billing work orders, performing collection calls, carrying out accounts receivable
actions, creating reports, filing paperwork, maintaining personnel files, maintaining

As the Administrative Assistant for NaturEscape, Inc. I carried out many office duties. I

As the Human Resources Assistant/Receptionist for UTSI, I performed various day to day
office duties, as well as more in depth projects. I compiled, processed, and delivered

processing, created a monthly newsletter, prepared correspondence, processed requests for
appointments with HR staff, provided general benefits information, provided in and out

the store (opening and counting down registers), maintained the safe, prepared daily bank
deposits, prepared weekend store paperwork and employee timesheets and payroll, supervised
co-workers, kept-up/counted monthly inventory, and provided customer service.

Skills - I have extensive experience working with the public and in an office setting. I
posses great communication and interpersonal skills. I have experience using various
computer programs and feel extremely comfortable working with a computer. I am able to
multi-task very well and am a very organized and dependable person. I also have knowledge
in accounting from taking various accounting classes both in high school and college, as
well as many business classes. Most of my work experience has been in Human Resources and
that is the area that I enjoy most.
