PRESENT JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Working as Assistant General Manager Process Technology Dept for

Ethylene Plants at Ingenero Technology Pvt Ltd Mumbai, where I am heading

the team of Process Engineers of Ethylene plants and contribute towards

performing production calculations, meeting production targets with utmost

importance to HSE, troubleshooting in plant operations, maintaining product

quality and optimizing process to reduce costs of our clients M/S Qatar

Petrochemical Company, RLOC Ethylene Plant at Qatar(Gas Cracker) and JCP At

Al Jubail(Naphtha Cracker).

Analyzing various processes / applications and recommending process

modifications major cost savings strategies, to enhance productivity

operational efficiency.

I continuously monitor performance of equipments and bring out plant

constraints time to time, communicate with discipline engineers and apply

root cause analysis for problem solving. I actively participate in

scheduling and following-up shutdown jobs and start-ups. Other tasks

accomplished include writing Standard Operating Practices (SOP) & updating

them, raising Field Change Orders (FCO) to incorporate modifications for

improved HSE, Productivity and/or Reliability.

Developing business for Ethylene, Chlor alkali and EO/EG process technical

support across the globe.
