Role & Responsibilities Includes:-

General:-

3. Regular interaction through emails, telephonic calls or personal meetings with clients, their employees, their vendors, their bankers,

their consultants and auditors.

4. Preparing / Updating SOP and relates files / records on timely basis.

5. Maintaining Data Back up, confidentiality and Security

2. Assisting in accounting for periodic accruals - quarterly / six monthly / annual

3. Advising on any accounting entries or issues to his junior

5. Close books at year end, taking care to see adequate provisions have been made.

6. After the year end and all the compliance's are met (i.e. after audit and tax filings), ensure safe keeping of accounting records,

documents, vouchers, files, etc.

Reconciliations:

Banking:

2. Ensuring client policies are met and requisite approvals are received before making any disbursements

3. Ensuring sufficient treasury position and bank balance is maintained and timely informing client on cash flow position and sending forecasts.

4. Verify, authorize and timely disbursement of all payments including NEFT / RTGS payment file prepared by team

5. Review of foreign remittances (A1 and A2) documents prepared by Junior

Payroll:

3. Verifying and checking Payroll Register, Payslips, cheques / Letter for disbursement, etc. prepared by Junior

4. Ensure proper deductions on account of Income Tax, PF, PT, etc are made while processing payroll.

5. Ensuring Payroll related records, registers, etc. are properly maintained.

MIS Reporting:

2. Assist Client in preparing Budgets

2. Verifying details and periodic returns under applicable laws and ensuring timely fillings

3. Verifying TDS certificates and CA certificates for foreign remittances

4. Verifying details and submissions prepared for assessments / department inquiry, replying to notices, etc.

5. Represent before assessing authorities along with authorized representative for expeditious and timely completion of assessments.

Audit:

2. Co-ordination for audit requirements including finalizing procedures for audit

3. Preparing details of tax audits, statutory audits

Providing Consultancy services to clients & Establishment of internal

control system; Handling of Ten to Twelve people at work place including

the work of Administrative nature; E-Filing of Various Returns Viz. Income

Tax; Roc Returns; TDS; Excise Returns; Service Tax Returns etc; Prepared

Balance sheet of a Private concern including finalization of their

accounting works; Preparation of required document/letters for submission

to the Tax Authority at the Time of Scrutiny including appearance before

income Tax, Service Tax & Excise Authority; Tax Computation of Expatriates

Including payment of Advance tax along with finalization of their Returns.
