• When I started working with Philips, Xcelera had just been int roduced and I was one
of the founders of the Application team.
• I interviewed and t rained the majority of Application Consultants still at Philips.
• I developed the “Train the Trainer” program for the company which is now the
cornerstone of t raining.
• I developed and implemented the vir tual classroom t raining still in use at the
company.
• I attended Crystal Reporting Training in 2004 and built thousands of reports from
t he ten canned reports and was the point person for the Application Consultants regarding
D BA.
• I participated with marketing and R&D development of the built in reporting system
