Summary of Experience in Manufacturing

Knowledge of the machines and operators manual for all equipment

in the die-casting department. Able to isolate problems rather it be

internal or external and take corrective action when necessary. Generate

process specifications, run capability studies. Program machines and their

automated equipment. Use Shot scope CimLink for windows monitoring system

version 3.5 from Branden Technologies/Moldflow including Generator

reporting. Troubleshoot with Visa-Trac along with programming. Produce

required reports including efficiency and scrap reports. Assist in set-up

of machinery/dies and assist in monitoring department test. Assist the die

cast operators in normal machine/die servicing and make minor repairs.

Assist Die Cast Manager of all operations, Program and work with robots and

other automated equipment within the department. Use computerized system in

the network. Supervise department when Supervisors are absent. Work

closely with all plant Engineering, Tool room, and Quality Assurance

personnel and assist Maintenance personnel. Assist in the training of

operators on the die cast machinery including the automated equipment.
