Although I have extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, I love to learn, and am always up to a challenge whatever the situation. Also I am proud to say that I have improved several multi- million dollar franchise restaurants by increasing customer satisfaction and profits with the same company for over ten while promoting up the ranks to an Area Operational Director.
