DESCRIPTION

To study the steps Hindustan Unilever Ltd. was adapting to be the market leader and to differentiate

itself from its competitors.

Complete understanding of the different brand promotion strategies used by HUL.

Conducting SWOT analysis and providing recommendations.

TITLE: Study and implement the enterprise structure and master data in SAP.

DESCRIPTION

The project started with analyzing the current ongoing business processes and implementing the same in

SAP R/3.

The existing business process of the firm without the ERP software implementation was analyzed

thoroughly.

Then implementation of the master data with SAP platform and mapping of the structure was done on

the SAP R/3.

GAP analysis was also conducted in the end.

INDUSTRIAL TRAINING

Tata Teleservices Limited, Noida (8 weeks)

Objective: Study the revenue market share of wireless connectivity solutions in value accounts with

special reference to Tata Teleservices Limited.

Conducting market research for evaluating the market share of TTSL and its position in comparison to

its competitors in wireless product market.

Prepared a questionnaire and interviewed many SME firms including value customers of TTSL in Delhi

NCR.

Did data analysis and SWOT analysis hence provided firm with recommendations.
