Summary
Contribute to the business strategy by helping identify, prioritize, and build
organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes.

Achievments
Developed and implemented succession planning, manager in training and leadership
development programs. Programs resulted in 80% of all management positions filled
internally reducing recruiting cost and increased employee engagement by 26%.
Designed and implemented Sophisticated Recruiting and Selection process focused
organization on workforce planning, candidate assessment and selection. Process
resulted in reduction in early turnover by 20% and allowed firm to meet growth goal
of 18%. Efficiencies reduced recruiting budget by 23% with no degradation in
service.
Reporting to Division President, jointly responsible for achieving sales goals of
250M. Focus included hiring Sr. key talent, developing employee centric HR
practices and dedication to succession planning and employee development. Division

Implemented training certification programs for all loan officers and sales

Head negotiator for union contract. Negotiations resulted in ~$400,000 in benefits
and wage cost savings achieving on time ratification. In Hospital environment
successfully negotiated contracts with NNU/SEIU.
During The Joint Commissions survey achieved excellent feedback scores and only one
minor violation (I employee record PSV printed 1 day late).
Selected and Implemented Authoria performance appraisal and KPI validation system
resulting in 100% Performance Appraisl completion and 87% completion of KPI Goals..
Negotiated "Career Site Hosting/ATS" with Monster, developed secondary support
through CareerBuilder and other niche job boards. Eliminated support contracts with
agencies reducing reliance on external support within sales channels, savings
realized 1.5M.
Relocated 450 person collection and customer service center from Birmingham, Al to
White Settlement, TX. During relocation maintained delinquency ratio of <4% and
