Worked alongside the admissions director of an adolescent substance abuse
rehabilitation program. Sat in on group lectures and assisted by
participating and lending personal experiences to troubled teenagers.
Recently organize and facilitated a six-week anti-bullying/prevention
workshop including all West-Island Portage residents. The program was
geared towards increasing overall wellness by increasing knowledge of the
self, ethics, and society.

Trained adoption counselor, evaluated individuals and families who wished
to adopt an animal. Conducted interviews with all adoptee prospects to
establish a suitable match with the pet, suggest other options, or
dismiss their pet adoption process completely. Filled out adoption files,
processed payments, helped veterinarian "microchip" adopted pets. Walked
dogs when it was not busy.
