continuous improvements.

Established and audited the PFMEA for the process.

Regularly attending the Pre PM and the OEE meeting for the department and present areas for

possible improvements from the maintenance as well as quality point of view.

Carry out the internal audit (like machine audit, PPQ audit and Layered Process audit) for the

department once a week.

This project is nominated for the best Q4 Continuous Improvement project from the buffalo plant

to the Goodyear Headquarter (Ohio, Akron).

The project reduced the scraps by 65%, i.e., a saving of $3240 per week for the departments.
