. Consolidation of order status based on agreed deliveries per client

wise.

. Letter of credit follow-ups with buyers to get them before start

. Verify L\C & PO conformity if not, dealing with client for amendment.

. Based on delivery schedule, follow-up with production plant for

readiness also getting final approved packing list with package,

dimensions etc.,

. After consolidation of weekly deliveries per client wise, make booking

with nominated forwarders in advance detailing order, delivery, and

volume information for obtaining client approval to lift the cargo.

. Arranging for carton barcode stickers through buyer's EDI set-up.

. Arranging primary documentation for custom entry thro' clearing agent.

. Based on mode approval and cargo readiness, arrange to move them to

container load point also ensure proper connection to meet buyer

delivery.

. After cargo onboard, look after entire post shipment formalities of

getting custom entries and cargo receipts etc.,

. Arranging EDI system shipment data upload or shipment advice to buyer.

. Supervising entire post shipment consignee docs per clean credit terms

for submitting to Buyer via forwarder or direct also routing through

bank for payment.

. Follow-up and tracking for final realization of buyer payment for

. Processing and accounting of Duty drawback claims for all exports.

. Handling of transit shipments for air/sea or sea/air routing

. Import front, arrange for early departure also to get clear shipping

documents from overseas suppliers then filling for custom entry

through agents for EOU/FTA/EPCG etc.

. Ensure timely in-housing of imports materials & keeping relevant

records.

. Export oriented unit formalities for import bonding & export de-

bonding.

First phase of 5 years from 1992 to 1996, served as an individual in-charge

of Foreign Exchange Banking for transaction worth about 18 Million US$ with
