IT personnel and training and advocated for approximately $4B in USMC

Liaison Officer for Commander, US Marine Corps Forces Central Command,

needs, requirements and operational and logistical capabilities to the
Commander, US Forces Afghanistan. Coordinated training for over 200
Marines deployed throughout Afghanistan to provide basic military and
police training to the Afghan Army and National Police.
Military Assistant to Director, Operational Test and Evaluation 2009 to
2011
Led teams from all the military services in Information Assurance (IA) and
Systems Interoperability evaluations for worldwide, large scale military
operations. Developed efficiency mechanisms to dramatically improve value

3d Marine Division G-6 (Communications and Information Systems) 2008 to
2009
Executed over a dozen military exercises across Pacific region with
superior results. Prepared over 500 Marines for combat operations in
Afghanistan. Responsible for $200M of communications equipment.
Commanding Officer, 7th Communication Battalion 2006 to 2008
Commanded over 800 Marines and Sailors supporting 20,000 Marine forces
operating in the Western Pacific. Provided transportable telecommunication
packages that provided voice, video and data services via satellite,
terrestrial microwave and radio transmission systems. Responsible for the
maintenance of $120M worth of telecommunications equipment, 200 vehicles,
and electric power and environmental control systems required for
operations. Executed over a dozen military exercises with communication
sites across the Pacific from Australia to Thailand to South Korea with
superior results. Led unit to statistical rates significantly above
averages; fostered positive command climate. Ensured operations and
exercises were within fiscal limits.

Responsible for the operations and activities of a 300 person detachment,
