train the circle leader and participants in problem-solving techniques, brainstorming techniques,

creativity techniques. Conducts the regular meetings of all quality circle teams. Help them

coordinate with concerned department to solve problems or topics they selected as project.

- PRODUCTION SYSTEM COORDINATOR – Responsible in receiving and checking orders prior to

creation of ERP product codes using ORACLE system and AIMS (Advance Industrial Manufacturing

- Do regular interaction with respective departments like Design, Planning, Production, Sales & Q.C.

for immediate update of the department’s task.

- Ensures that our product (samples produced) complies with required specifications. As such it will

readily pass Sales Department evaluation and gain customer satisfaction.

- Responsible for the timely delivery of required samples and other paraphernalia during

exhibitions.

- Performs min-max planning of fast moving samples on stock and other materials to ensure its

availability all year round.

- Maintains and controls the showroom at its best arrangement, keeping it updated with the latest

development and outgoing collections.

- Supervise helpers in any sample and showroom related jobs

- Chief operator / technician of Axminster Prototype (KIBBY)

- Prepares PR (Purchase Requisition) using Oracle Application

- As member of ISO/QS 9001: 2000 Core Team, conducts Internal Quality Audit periodically to check

- Prepares (plan and schedule) JOB ORDERS on the Network System and forward it to Production

Dep’t. (Weaving).

- Performs the processing stage of carpet design files prior to production on Schonherr looms.

- Prepares yarn color changes as per design’s combination requirement.

- Plans and schedules newly developed carpets for sampling.
