Telecommunications (IVM) Director – AARP April 2010 – July 2011

Responsible for all operational aspects of the Voice, Mobility and Conferencing teams supporting corporate locations and the 65 state office locations. Major projects implemented include the Tangoe mobile expense management implementation, Avaya PBX hardware refresh (70 systems), and the roll-out of corporate support for iPhones. Developed and implemented entrepreneurial business plan for a small consulting practice focused on voice/data integration and technology project management. Completed several small contracts at LMI Government Consulting for a multi-million dollar VoIP business justification analysis at GSA and an ITIL/PMO implementation effort with the Army Corps of Engineers, including needs assessment and business case development.
