all levels of production

• Responsible for wrangling dancers through the audition process, waiting with them on
deck for audition
• Worked with Segment Producers to coordinate dancer’s exit interviews, making certain
additional tapes and batteries could be supplied to the camera operator at a moment’s
notice
• Cycled Top 22 contestants through hair, makeup and wardrobe meetings to maintaining
production needs, while sustaining a constrained timeline
• Assisted Segment Directors during taping of competitor interviews
• Acted as stenographer on behalf of the Segment Directors, ensuring competitor numbers,
quotes, and the time in which the interview occurred, was logged.
