Rexnord is a leading worldwide industrial company dealing in Process & Motion Control and Water
Management. Plant produced large industrial chain utilizing large mechanical and hydraulic presses,
Okuma CNC machines, various lathes and screw machines, plus manual and automated welding.
Plant Manager – Industrial Chain
Responsible for all manufacturing, maintenance, quality, capital projects, P & L, and continuous
improvement activities for a large 350,000 square foot facility with multiple shifts.
• Successfully reorganized plant by combining departments and upgrading machinery & processes.

Klein Corporation was a leading manufacturer of industrial fuel tanks and enclosures for
generators.
General Manager 1999 – 2001; Production Manager 1997 - 1999
Responsible for managing all operations of the company consisting of 50 employees on two shifts.
Increased production capacities from $2 mil to $5 mil in sales.
• Established a Production Control system and position.
