• CAD Technician: I created the survey description key interface in AutoCAD Civil3D 2014 and 2010 to

make point filtering an automatic process. I established multiple label and table styles within the

company base template to ensure that the finished plats contained a unified appearance. Created

contours from topographic points assigned to designated point groups. Drafted multiple ALTA,

topographic, and As-built Surveys. I generated Preliminary Layouts, site plans, wetlands delineation

plats, access and utility easement plats, and subdivision design.

(2012-2013) WorkforceResources, Inc., US Coast Guard Base, Elizabeth City, NC

• Technical Illustrator: I was assigned to the (MRR) Medium Range Recovery aircraft unit creating new

illustrations of aircraft replacement parts. In addition to creating illustrations containing new aircraft

parts, I sustained the older illustrations located in the database by bringing them up to current

standards and regulations. I drafted parts in orthographic and axonometric views.

• Assistant Manager of Survey Department: I assisted in the management of 12 employees. I was

responsible for scheduling, survey point computation, client contact, timesheet review, and project

coordination. I executed project research in the Register of Deeds office in various counties as well as

utilized online search and mapping services. I entered all work order information into the company

database using Microsoft Access and Excel. After attending a training seminar I implemented the field

to finish concept within our department which resulted in less drafting time for everyone in the office.

• Survey CAD Technician: I drafted plot plan surveys, topographic surveys, residential and commercial

subdivision layouts in various municipalities, condominium plats, wetlands plat, and site plans from blue

prints using AutoCAD Civil 3D/LDD 2008. I processed GPS data with Trimble Geomatics Office software,

and by sending GPS static data information to NGS to receive an OPUS processing. After processing of

GPS data I converted and exported point data for drafting.

• Land Survey Party Chief: I performed various types of land surveys. I managed field crew members that

were lower in rank, drew field sketches, and trained crew members. My equipment familiarity through

usage consisted of: Trimble Nomad Data Collector, TDS Recon Data Collector, Trimble Survey Controller

(GPS) Data Collector (Ranger), TDS Survey Pro software, Topcon LP1A Robotic Instrument, Nikon 500

series as well as the Topcon 300 series theodolites, and Trimble 5800/5700 RTK GPS receiver and

base.
