products were made from paper, metal, and plastic. Their manufacturing

processes include metal stamping, injection molding, printing operations

including offset, web-fed and silk-screening. All operations types

included some type of decorating finishing processes. Stoffel had plants

located in New York and Georgia utilizing 200,000 sq. ft. They had over

600 employees.

Facilitated and accommodated the company growth from $12 to $33 million.

Developed progressive costing and estimating procedures that increased

gross margin from 16% to 26.5%. The first year of implementation yielded

an additional $2.5 million in income.

Forestalled action by their major lender to call all outstanding debt.

Provided timely financial information and improved performance to maintain

successful banking relationship despite this company's fully leveraged

position.

Negotiated increased credit lines from $2 to $4.5 million along with

various equipment and mortgage financing transactions.
