September 2013 - Operations and Maintenance Administrative Assistant/Concierge

present Johnson Controls Inc. (Lake Forest, CA)

Provide office duties for Operations & Maintenance (O&M)

contract sites (currently Agilent Technologies - Lake Forest,

CA).

* Maintain and operate JCI's computerized Facilities Management

Platform (FMP).

* Create work orders, purchase requisitions, purchase orders;

create and maintain equipment history database; manage inventory

tracking module and purchasing module. Manage on-site routine

filing system of training records, sub-contract data and

maintenance records.

* Provides administrative support to designated management.

Answers and tactfully handles inquiries and/or refers to

appropriate party. Coordinates and makes notifications and

arrangements for individual and group appointments.

* Communicates with executive, administrative and management

* Coordinated the annual H&R Block Longevity Awards Banquet.

* Coordinated travel arrangements, hotel reservations,

transportation, and meals for the Divisional Management.

* Arranged quarterly off-site meetings annually for the

Divisional Management at various locations/venues throughout

Southern California.
