At Hamilton Sundstrand - created a flexible customer reporting system that
meets all customer requirements while giving visibility to management. This
assisted management in forecasting higher margins in later stages of the
contract. This helped management in negotiations with the customers.
At Space Gateway Support - Created a cost database that assisted in
matching and troubleshooting cost recognition, in the cost-plus contract
environment this assisted in increase cash flow. (Billable cost) and
