Managed the Patient Care Support Services Office, Nursing Office, and the

Resource Pool. Led a challenging change initiative that transitioned a

decentralized staffing and scheduling structure into a successfully high

performing centralized operation for the department of Nursing.

IS to implement a change process that reorganized staffing and scheduling
