I also spent the better part of two years working with our engineers and mechanical drafters to improve the accuracy and ease of manufacturability of our winding and assembly blueprints. I also helped to introduce one piece flow on the shop floor to increase speed of manufacturing finished goods to a third of the time previously taken.
