Dear, Hiring Manager/s,
I would like to express my interest to be considered as a candidate
in the position available and based on my skill and experience I am
confident that I will gain the opportunity to become a valued asset to your
team.
I am currently finishing my general studies as a transfer student at
Prince Georges Community College. I will be transferring to Barry
University after this fall to continue my degree in Business. I believe as
though I have a solid background and am naturally equipped with business
and also have taken some mathematics courses.
My knowledge of computer and the field of business go beyond my
formal class room education. For the past year I have work part-time at
Allied Barton Security Services and full-time at ASIG, where I learned
what it takes to work entry level and what goes on in a business, a
company, in its environment. Also, on my own initiative, working with
computers at home, school, and other various jobs before I have learn to
use some hardware and software programs to my advantage.
In short, I believe I have the up-to-date computer background and
professional drive needed to contribute to your organization. I have
enclosed a copy of my resume to give you further details about my
experience. I am excited about the position and I will give you a call next
week to discuss whether I can come in for an interview at your
convenience. I look forward to speaking with you then.
Sincerely,
Ezell Jones Jr.
