My responsibilities included but not limited to educating and assisting
Festiva Development Group's member base on all applicable vacation
ownership products. I establish itineraries for travel, process annual
payments, discuss the details found on a contract (or other relevant legal
documents), remain current with the latest products generated by Festiva,
selling any ancillary products that Festiva/Resort Travel & Exchange has to
offer. I provided correspondence with Festiva members primarily over the
phone via inbound/outbound calls or by e-mail. Work with various resort
front desk staff via email or telephone to ensure a quality vacation
experience for the member.

My responsibilities included answering greeting clients for the pastor,
compiling donation records and managing files, assisting with preparing
budget reports, imputing donations, correspondence, arranging meetings

My responsibilities included receiving inbound calls from customers
interested in products as well as current customers that may be interested
in additional products. Assigning Technicians with new installation work
orders and staying in constant contact with technicians with any updates or
cancellations to the work order from the customer. I was responsible for
